This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and k101 governing access to and use of the k101 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, and account functionality available at k101.app. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any bets.

k101 services are strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. CNIC verification is required on all accounts. Underage use is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one k101 account, tied to a single verified CNIC and mobile number. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. k101 will never ask for your full password. Any activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility unless you report a breach promptly.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. k101 targets JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five minutes during normal operating hours. KYC documentation may be required before first withdrawal.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. k101 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager through k101, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with k101's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting k101 customer support.
Important: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and k101 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
k101 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To open and maintain a k101 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: k101 will request CNIC documentation from all Users. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the k101 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.
k101 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by k101 will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your Account. You must notify k101 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. k101 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
k101 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
All funds deposited into your k101 Account are held in segregated player fund accounts, separate from k101's operational funds. This structure is maintained as a condition of k101's gaming licence and ensures that your balance is protected in the event of insolvency.
Currency: All Account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k101 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
k101 will only accept deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and the return of deposited funds to the original source.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions of that payment method.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. k101 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–00:00 PKT). Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Allied Bank are targeted for settlement within one (1) business day.
k101 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such review periods, the withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours. You will be notified if documentation is required to release the payment.
Bonus Restriction: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully completed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
k101 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus rules in this section.
k101 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including low-risk hedged betting, matched betting using k101 funds, or systematic exploitation of free spin mechanics — are prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such behaviour may have bonuses voided and winnings confiscated.
All sports bets placed on the k101 platform are subject to the specific betting rules published on the relevant sport and market pages, in addition to the general rules in this section.
Bets are only accepted and confirmed when a bet receipt is issued and visible in your Account betting history. Verbal or written confirmations outside the Platform carry no weight. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement.
k101 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the User has a demonstrated pattern of winning; the market has been suspended; or unusual betting activity suggesting insider information has been detected.
A bet may be declared void by k101 in circumstances including: palpable errors in published odds; late acceptance after an event has commenced; event cancellation or abandonment without a result; or where the integrity of the event is called into question. Void bets are refunded at the original stake.
PSL and international cricket markets are governed by the Laws of Cricket as administered by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the relevant domestic governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned due to weather or other causes, k101's cricket-specific settlement rules, as published on the Cricket page, will apply.
All casino games offered on the k101 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — are sourced from licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators are independently audited and certified for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.
k101 does not control the software or RNG systems of third-party game providers but only contracts with providers who hold valid certification from internationally recognised testing laboratories. In the event of a game malfunction, bets and payouts are void and stakes are returned.
Live casino games are facilitated by real dealers operating from licensed studio environments. Results in live games are determined by physical game outcomes (card shuffles, roulette wheel spins) and are not subject to software RNG certification, though studios are audited independently for dealing procedure compliance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k101 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling k101 to immediately suspend or close the relevant Account, void all open and settled bets, and forfeit all funds:
k101 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, k101 is obligated under its licensing conditions to freeze Account funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting k101 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC requirements being met.
Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a positive Balance may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200, deducted from the Account Balance, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k101's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k101 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether k101 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
k101 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability without liability to k101.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. k101 is not responsible for any financial loss suffered as a result of gambling on the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily and with funds you can afford to lose.
k101 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the improvement of k101 services.
k101 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game suppliers as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k101 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through k101's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the dispute resolution body designated by k101's licensing authority.
In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted in writing to k101 customer support. k101 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within ten (10) business days. For complex complaints requiring investigation, k101 will provide a written progress update within ten business days and a final response within 28 days.
If you are not satisfied with k101's final response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute adjudication service specified by k101's licensing regulator. Details of this service are available upon request from k101 customer support.
k101 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k101 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your Account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
